Every port is listed for every cruise line. A cell is complete once its agency fee is priced for both transit and TA / IP calls (inter-porting bills as a turn-around). Transportation is one price for every call, whatever its operation type, and only some ports charge it, so a missing one is not a gap. A small dot marks a sheet that also charges transportation.
